Arrangements Regarding Childcare and Nursing Care Support for Ritsumeikan University Faculty Members

As part of its efforts to improve the work environment to support the work-life balance of its faculty members, Ritsumeikan University has formulated the “Arrangements Regarding Childcare and Nursing Care Support for Ritsumeikan University Faculty Members” and is also in the process of creating a system to support faculty members facing life events such as childcare and nursing care.

  2. (2)Class Timetable
Measures to reduce the allotment of classes in the first period and in or after the fifth period.
  3. (3)School Duties
Measures to reduce the number of university-wide executive positions and departmental executive positions the faculty member is responsible for.
