Filing of Complaint regarding Personal Information with the Ritsumeikan Trust

In case of having a complaint about the measures taken in response to a request for disclosure, correction, or suspension of use, etc. of personal data, students and faculty and staff, etc. may file a complaint with the Ritsumeikan Trust Personal Information Protection Committee. To file a complaint, the Retained Personal Data Complaint Form will be filled out and brought to the relevant office together with the documents designated below:
